We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item.
- You recorded an unboxing video with the shipping label clearly visible from the moment you open the sealed package.

🔴 Important Requirement – Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, please ensure the following:
📸 You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is being opened.
🔍 Please provide 5–10 clear photos showing the problem from different angles.
📦 The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
🚫 Without an unboxing video, we will not accept any return, refund, or replacement requests.
📮 Please note: In case of a return or exchange, the return courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
This policy helps us process genuine claims quickly and fairly, while preventing misuse.
⏳ Timeframe for Filing a Claim
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to raise a claim. Delayed requests will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Orders without unboxing video proof
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Products requested for return after the allowed window (30 days from delivery)
- Customer-requested changes post-production (e.g., size or design errors not due to our mistake)
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
- Or provide store credit, as per your preference
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
